Murder Mystery Night!

A few months ago Dan and I went to a Murder Mystery game night with some friends. I'm not really the type to get really into that sort of thing, but I'll admit, It was fun! It was Western themed and we were supposed to dress the part. Daniel was the "town Sheriff"...

...and I was a saloon girl (we didn't get to pick our parts lol).

I don't know if I would do it again, but it was a fun "one-time thing." And plus, I love doing different things every once in a blue moon other than our usual dollar movie dates.

San Diego...take me back!!

Last weekend Daniel and I visited our favorite place and favorite people! We left Thursday at about 5pm and by 2:30 in the morning we were safe and sound, asleep at the Reilly home. It was so worth the 10 hour drive there and back to get to spend three days with our families. The weather was PERFECT! I even got to lay out for a little while :-)

On Friday I went shopping with my mom, which is always fun, while Daniel hung out with some of his friends. That night we went to Round Table for dinner and then attempted to go to K1 Speed but it was closed. Boo! Saturday morning my grandma made her famous pancakes and then my parents and I went to Sid's track meet. We picked up Agrusa's on our way home then I laid out for a little while and after enjoyed a few games of tennis with my family. Daniel and I went on a walk on the beach with his parents Saturday night and then they took us out to eat. Oh, and I wore my new yellow sandal wedges that I got while shopping with my mom ;-) Such a fun weekend! After church we had dinner with my family and then said goodbye and started our 10 hour return to Provo.

I was sad to leave my family and the beautiful San Diego weather but at the same time glad to be home back in cozy little apartment. I can't wait for my family to come visit us for their Spring break or for the next time we get to road trip it back to our favorite place!

I don't have any pictures to show from our lovely little 3-day vacay.  However, here's a pic that shows why I love road trips.

Big Gulps and CANDY! Good thing I look like a FATTY in this picture.
